New Dynamic Website for Oil Labor Union
OUR CLIENT
SUPEH is the federation of labor unions of employees working in the oil and hydrocarbons field. With more than 25 subsidiaries spread throughout Argentina, the federation safeguards the interests of its affiliates working both with national and local authorities.
THE CHALLENGE
We needed to organize the information provided by our client, decide on its relevance and structure it into a website that would be attractive and useful to visitors. We needed to ensure usability was optimal and that the addition of new information was simple and practical.
OUR ACTION
We created a Wordpress website for SUPEH with the main goal of facilitating the communication between the federation and its affiliates. By visiting the website, visitors will have access to information about the federation and its authorities, the history of oil, gas and mineral exploration and exploitation in Argentina and the latest details about the benefits for union members.
It provides the following features and functionalities:
- It presents the Federation, its history and its subsidiaries.
- It provides information about the latest deals and benefits for affiliates.
- It has a detailed recollection of the facts leading to this day´s development state of the oil, gas and mineral exploitation activities.
- Visitors can find scheduled recreational activities held by their local subsidiaries.
- News, official statements and press releases can also be found in a special section.
The website we have developed provides the following benefits:
- It provides in-depth information about the federation of labor unions and its subsidiaries.
- It gives the client the ability of self managing web content by using Wordpress as a CMS (Content Management System).
- It has an online sign up form that allows visitors to join the union and gain access to benefits.
- A responsive website that displays properly on every device using CSS Media Queries.
